Built Asset Survey

Built assets including industrial, commercial, retail, infrastructure and residential are often regularly inspected and surveyed using mainly manual processes and cherry pickers. Drone based surveying techniques can offer a rapid relatively low-cost approach for capturing condition data on which to base and compare future surveys to support managing the condition and the performance of the building to optimise its use and lifespan, prioritise actions and support an increase in residual value. The core data can be provided as a digital twin and linked to existing asset management tools.
